DESCRIPTION: Switzerland, a man's gold, quarter repeating pocket chronograph, 22 jewels, stem wind and lever set, gilt plate movement with lever escapement in a 14 karat, rose gold, hunting case with maker's details engraved on gold cuvette, Roman numeral, single sunk, white enamel dial, gilt Louis XV style hands, serial #11518, 57mm, 125g TW, c1900.
CONDITION: CASE: Minor dents; Minor scratches on outer surface of case; Fine scratches on inner surface of case; Crown with losses to gold shell; Precious metal content marked. DIAL: Very good. HANDS: Hour hand upside down; Good. MOVEMENT PLATES: Minor scratches on plate; Steel with scattered specks of oxide; Very dirty. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Not running, broken mainspring, staff ok, repeat train missing governor, chronograph mechanism appears complete.
